Woodwork shops and flour mills have to be careful that they don't have dusty atmospheres, because when the ratio between wood dust and oxygen reaches a critical point, one spark will cause a massive explosion. Vacuum bombs throw out a great cloud of flammable dust - often aluminium - then a secondary explosion ignites it. The effect has been mistaken for a small nuclear weapon.

That's just terrible. Horrifying.
ReplyDeleteThe whole world abhors Putin.

ReplyDeleteThe only thing I can think of is a military coup, but since Russia is on the verge of marshal law, I don't think it will happen. Nobody can get close to him. He trusts nobody and is becoming more and more isolated, hence more and more dangerous.
DeleteHe's frightening.
ReplyDeleteBombing nuclear power stations gives an indication of how frightening he can be. He relies on fear.
