Does concussion lead to early Alzheimer's?

Not much chance of concussion here. Broken legs, maybe.

  1. From the daft game it is obvious that they all need to get The Times and do the daily word/number games to keep their brains active

  2. Looks like Arsenal on a bad day. A Chinese woman suffered brain damage and now has to speak in her second language English. Different languages are stored in different parts of the brain. Learn German, for instance, and if Alzheimer's strikes your English kenntnis, deiner Deutsch bleibt in Betrieb.! Or French and you'll still get all the Je suis Charlie jokes.

    1. Leave Arsenal off this Blog please, I wouldn't want my team to have any place here.

  5. I didn't look at the video but only the opening photo. How on earth did you manage to get hold the new top secret 2015 Spring/Summer collection of phenom Whozzanut? (Isn't fashion an Olympic sport yet?)

    1. If Beach Volleyball can be an Olympic sport, then I see no reason why fashion cannot play a more central role. Remember Venus Williams's own brand of sports knickers that seemed to be a real example of the king's new clothes?

  6. Why do people think it necessary to invent new, and frankly ridiculous, games? We have enough good ones already. If you want to fight, there's Rugby. If you want to knock people over, there's Rugby. And if you want broken bones, there's Rugby.

    1. In this case, I think it was because it is a delight to watch it being played - just so long as you like a good laugh.
