Naipaul and Theroux have finally made it up in a tearful sort of way. Paul Theroux once came to my workshop saying he wanted something stone, so I gave him my card. Did he ever get back to me? Did he fuck. I haven't forgiven him for playing with my hopes and expectations, the dwarf.
I doubt that Mrs Naipaul is too pleased, after all she started it by putting Theroux in his place whenever it was. Theroux is Mills and Boon to Naipaul's Dickens.
ReplyDeleteI don't know what caused it, but if they stand as close together as they are in that photo, it provides the ideal opportunity to knock their heads together.
DeleteA stone card is NOT a good idea.
ReplyDeleteYes - too heavy for a dwarf.
