Yawn, slow down a bit, take a swig of coffee and a biscuit, drop some crumbs on the keyboard, solve it, and carry on.
i.e. imitate a human-being.
The opposite of the Mr Spock approach.
As things are at the moment, they would have to slow and imitate a human in order to fool Captcha. Fast like a robot would not get them in.
Like it or not, AI is here forever now. I'm hearing some people are going to like chatting with AI better than real people.
They even chat to each other, apparently.
They will file all of the variations on those boxes and be able to tick appropriately faster than a human.
Super computers make millions of decisions per second. I make about 2 an hour.
I would search for the 'I am a robot' tickbox.
So they don't/can't lie?
Perhaps they are incapable of deception...unlike humans.

I would never tell a lie, whether robotic or not;)
I know one antique dealer who cannot open his mouth without telling a lie.
I ignored it and moved on.
