Does this man represent you?

The Conservative party is currently suffering a very slow and very painful death. Just when you think we cannot sink any lower in the eyes of the world, something else happens. The only reason that they are not pulling Matt Hancock is that they are justifiably worried about instigating a by-election which they would most certainly lose.

I will tell you one way of putting the country back on track in terms of growth - bring back all the European workers that used to be employed here 2 years ago, to fill the vacancies. They won't do that. It is against their ideology and it would make a nonsense of Brexit, but it was always a nonsense.

We are going to be laughed at no matter what we do now, so we might as well bite the bullet for the sake of the future.

  2. Is Matt related to Tony? Now he was a very funny Comedian.

  3. If the rest of the world laugh at Britain they are fools. I don't 't think any place is in a position to laugh.

    1. As far as I can make out, the rest of the world are deeply confused as to why we would behave in the self-destructive way we have been when dealing with the problems that every nation has to face. Europeans really don't understand what has happened to Britain, and neither do I. The laughter from the French is really just schadenfreude and impotent revenge.

  4. I'm not laughing. Those laughing can be viewed: "The pot calling the kettle black."

    1. A lot of Britain's problems are unique to the country and self imposed. Nobody can understand what we thought we were up to.

  5. Apparently Matt Hancock has trench foot, which I don't know anything about but it rules him out for going into water. It is another diversionary tactic of course to stop us thinking about the reality of the actual times we live in.

    1. It takes at least a week to get trench-foot as I understand it. He has only been there for a couple of days and I don't think he stood knee deep in mud in an English field before he left.

  6. I'm not laughing either, but it is time to begin rewinding the tape. Bring back the workers. Start hammering out some sort of BrexIN light. Save Britain.

    1. I think it will take a few years before anyone in power will admit to that. The worst is yet to come.
