Full moon

Look what came to Bath Abbey yesterday. I walked around to the other end and took pictures of the dark side, but I am not allowed to show you those.

The moon will hang there - forever full - until December 24th, if you want to come and see it.

  1. Something like that came to our city for a while. Incredible. I would love to take a trip to Bath.

    1. This moon was made in Bristol but has been doing the rounds in Britain. It has been at the Glastonbury festival and has recently been in Gloucester Cathedral.

  2. I am very jealous! I was just reading about that beautiful moon, and looking at the tour dates I will have to wait until next year to see it locally.....unless I travelled to Bath of course...mmmmm.

    1. No human should ever gaze upon the dark side of the moon. No, not really. I think that it may be the dark side in the above photo!

  4. What is on the other side that you can't show then?

  6. There are several moons touring simultaneously. There is one at Grimsby Minster at the moment. I saw one at Kirkwall Orkney. Impressive.
