Your help needed

Someone told me today that Boris Johnson has a criminal record for assaulting an ex (obviously) girlfriend, so I tried to look it up on Google.

There was no mention of it, and Google used the search words to highlight his record on assault during his tenure as Mayor of London, etc. etc. There was a small mountain of answers to questions which I had not asked.

So I simplified the search by asking if Boris Johnson had any sort of criminal record at all, and the results were just as obscure. Another avalanche of irrelevant data.

If you cannot get an answer to such a simple question about your current Prime Minister, then something seems a bit wrong to me, especially because if he wins he will team-up with the notorious pussy-grabber from the other side of the Atlantic.

Can any of you put me right on this, using hard facts? I don't need any propaganda, I just need hard facts.

  1. Boris seems to have visited the USA in 2015 and as recently as September 2019. This may indicated that he has never been convicted of any crime. The water is further muddied by his duel citizenship (due to birth) which he renounced in 2016.
You need to find the name of the girlfriend, (Cherchez la femme).

    1. I am told he justified this misdemeanour as something like exuberant youth. I need to know more about it.

    1. He either was convicted or he wasn't. Black and white.

  3. Boris may walk a very tight rope, but you cannot become an MP if you have a criminal conviction.

    1. Ah, thank you. Maybe this bit of news was just a bit of adverse propaganda after all. Sometimes I am very gullible.

  5. I know that he has half a dozen children (of whom we hear nothing), but the 'conviction' sounds like a load of Pfeffel.

  6. I don't suppose that Corbyn is without the odd skeleton.
I would not want 'everyone' trawling (is that the word?) about in my past, but then no-one is going to elect me as an MP.

    1. You might be. Farage is threatening too put a candidate in every seat.

  7. I found in Time magazine the piece about Boris Johnson and inappropriate behavior with women. I can email the piece if you want?

    1. I think I could dig it up, but thanks. There are quite a few British articles like that too.
