    News of new allotment produced a reminisce of WW2 Britain and postwar Britain. I presume current uncertain political situation drives people into various schemes ?

  4. I have not noticed any rise in the price of food, in fact it seemsto have gone the other way!

    1. Strange. Must be the same all over Europe as Ireland, but it seems to us that food prices have risen all over, probably due to the drop in the pound because of Brexit.
