From the back window. You know this church. Ever since I first saw it about 40+ years ago, I have had a recurring vision of it falling down. Then about 15 years ago, I detected a slight lean on the spire. Over the last 2 years, the lean has become more pronounced. 2 days ago, I noticed they had put a tell-tale laser-target onto it, so someone else has noticed as well. A good friend of mine may be responsible for correcting it. Rather her than me...

And from the front window, here are all the Germans in Bath, psyching themselves up for the big night. I bet they all have fearsome hangovers this morning.

A clue as to where the Falcon is - just for Weave.

  1. I have only just noticed that there is a Peregrine Falcon on the spire - I was too busy looking at the sunset to see it last night!

    3. It does tend to merge with the other blobs, so I don't blame you.

    2. The cheerleader was shouting, "Give me a 'D'!", etc. in German, but whatever he was asking for, it didn't spell Deutschland.

    1. I have the Tour to take its place John. I note you have taken up cycling since I started writing about it and am very pleased.
