Wizard!

Driving home yesterday, I spotted this number plate on a car valeting van.

When I got closer, I saw that they had ingeniously cheated by strategically placing the fixing bolts on the plate, and adding a couple of extra ones on a number which should have read W17APD.

I wonder if it is legal? I am now going to my number plate to see if I can compose an abusive message to the car behind by creative use of fixings.

  1. How very unobtrusive. They must be on their way to rob a bank.

  2. Could be right, Mise - the best clothes to wear for daylight robbery are Hi-Viz lemon yellow. Everyone thinks you are official.

  6. Here, these are called Vanity plates. We are charged a large fee for them. Joe and I do not have them for any of our cars.

  9. Yes, I've seen Paul Daniel's car here in Bath, Eileen. I couldn't see Daniels himself though - his head didn't appear higher than the steering wheel, huge though it is.

John and Chris have excelled themselves again. Who needs to stereotype when they they do the job for you?
