Yummy! Moss!

Remember me talking about the mountain goats in Crete a few days ago?

Well here are the Italian equivalent, on the side of the Diga del Cingino Dam wall - yes, those dots.

It's amazing the lengths some people go to to get a little bit of their favourite food - in this case, a type of moss...

  6. Yes, I believe some occasionally fall off. They're too stupid to suffer from vertigo - so am I.

I have been trying to find pictures of 1 goats and 2 dogs (which look like wolves) at the bottom of the Samarian Gorge - all 3 ran over the edge in sheer excitement/fright - it's a great photo. Thank God I never came across those dogs in the mountains - they are formidable, and have no visible keepers.

See if you can get pictures of your goats, John?
