Recognition at last...

According to Neil McGregor of the British Museum, there is now a definite link between early man's ability to shape stone, and his potential to shape a sentence. You could not - apparently - have one without the other. I expect it's the same for interior designers and painters - look at the walls of the caves at Lasceaux for instance. Proto bloggers?

  2. My great-great grandfather had an wonderful extensive collection of native carved stones and artifacts. Hundreds of pieces. My grandfather sold it in the early 60s for a minute fraction of its value. Gosh, I would love to have it now.
