What would you do?


In the shadow of the actual castle in The Castle pub at Guildford, in 1969, me and my friends sat around and listened to Joe Cocker singing a Beatles cover, and reckoned that it was better than the original. That wasn't often said in those days.

    I was a staunch Beatles fan but, it wouldn't take much to improve on Ringo's voice !! Joe Cocker's version is brilliant and a classic. Sad news this morning. XXXX

    reminds me of The Wonder Years. he certainly could sing.
