A picture is worth a thousand words will follow

I went to bed to this last night,

and woke up to this, this morning. About three and a half hours after this picture was taken, I was back in little old Bath. What a world we live in, eh?

Words will follow, whether you like it or not.

    1. Funnily enough, for some reason, the phrase "a little bit of sick came into my throat" kept occurring to me when I was away.

  2. You need to be up mighty early to watch the sun rise. What did you do all day?

    And, welcome back.

    2. That day was the day we left, Joanne, but - it has to be said - God has arranged for the sun to arise an hour earlier in Spain then England. As for what I did all day: like I say, about a million words will follow.

As for you, John, Stephen Fry made an interesting program on the word 'fuck' tonight. I think the word 'off' will start next week.

    1. And a smiley sideways face to you too, Susie.

    2. Don't try to steal my thunder, John!

It is quite evident that I missed him the most. After all, I was the first one to comment while you were probably still dreaming about Scotch eggs. Or bulldogs. Or accidental farts.

      Love you, though!!!!

    1. Yes but - by coincidence - our hostess was in Bath when we arrived in the mountains, and due to her Chilean passport, was threatened with not being allowed back into Spain to see her 8 year-old son and and husband (not an 8-year old husband, you understand). All was well, and she arrived about 1.00 am.

    1. No, not grubby either. Expansive, perhaps.

    2. I stopped expanding a while ago, but it it seemed to me at the time like a massive star imploding upon itself like a dwarf. I become denser by the day, the more I diminish.
