It occurred to me last night that I have been feeling the most misanthropic I have ever felt during the last few weeks. I put it down to about 3 months of continuing face-ache, turning me into a bear with a sore arse.
Anyway, I'll speak to you again next year, and a heart-felt wish to you for a very happy and prosperous New Year in 2012.
Happy New Year Face Ache & SA. We still love you. Hope you're better soon
ReplyDeleteC'mon misery guts! You've entertained us royally for the past twelve months so I think that you're entitled to a bit of introspection in regard to the appalling suffering that is face-ache. I can't abide martyrs and think you're a bit of a star. Sending you a large cut crystal tumblerful of the very best Isle of Arran 10 year old malt whisky to help ease the pain. Sadly only virtual but the thought is there. Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteBut all things considered - an interesting sore arsed bear. I've enjoyed your blog very much this year Thomas. Wishing you a happy and pain free New Year.
ReplyDeleteTom, Your blog is one of my favourites. I never know what to expect, but you are sure to either educate me,surprise me, make me laugh or piss me off, but its all good.
ReplyDeleteI do hope your pain will resolve shortly. Try and borrow a few Celebrex from an arthritic friend...thats always good for nerve type pain. Happy New Year to you and HI.
Happy New Year Tom. Have you made any resolutions? (We're 9 hours into 2012 here in Oz and I've broken mine already!)
ReplyDeleteThe bees - 5 below and 3 above.
ReplyDeleteOh, and... my biggest regrets are promises broken. I haven't broken one for quite a while now.
ReplyDeleteAll the best to you in 2012! Hopefully you can leave all pain behind you soon. 2012 simply HAS to be a good year. I am sure there will be a few candlesticks in it!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year to you Tom and I am sorry about the face ache. I hope it resolves soon. Chronic pain is so debilitating, I don't blame you for being a bit grumpy now and then. Thank you for a year of splendid blogging.
ReplyDeleteTom, may your chisel remain sharp, your stone have no faults, your bronzes be right, and your glasses unchipped. Here's to more outrageous irreverent blogging for 2012; CHEERS.
ReplyDeleteUgh I symathise totally with the face ache. I've been the same way for three weeks and it certainly affects your mood. Happy new one to you anyway.
ReplyDeleteSorry about the face ache Tom. Have you considered plastic surgery?
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year mate!x
Happy New Year Tom...here's to a year full of old candlesticks and antique glasses .
ReplyDeleteNothing is worse than face-ache. All the best to you and yours in the New Year:)
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year Tom...feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteThanks all - plastic surgery is definitely on the cards, Chris, but a better appearance is not guaranteed.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year Tom.
