  2. Gadzooks! Seriously though...not funny.
    When we were little, Dad bought a box of fireworks for Guy Fawkes night. With great anticipation we four kids gathered in the garden standing well back from the launch site.
    Mum dropped a spark from her cigarette into the box and the whole think went up in about 60 seconds.
    Four very disappointed kids!

  4. Just looked it up on Google. It happened on 28th Feb 2007 at Uffculme. I don't remember it on the news but it must have been. Scary - good job nobody got hurt!

  7. I left a comment but the bleeping word verification did something with it! It was something on the order of cringing and glad no one was injured. I took care of burned children in 1986 and will never forget it.
