Sparklers

I am always amazed at the ingenuity of young people today, especially when it is so graphically tied-up with a sound knowledge in the Anglo-Saxon language.

Most of us usually just stand there lamely on bonfire night, holding a sparkler until it goes out, trying to remember not to touch the hot bit a few inches away from our fingers, but not this lot above. That's what I call foresight and a lasting contribution to British culture.

  1. The one doing the N must have been bunking off school. The C U and T wallahs obviously didn't.

Ingenuity at its finest. Gives you faith in the future generations. I salute you Tom.

  2. Yes, it is one of the more positive effects of long-exposure, like we were talking about before. Like I said to J - This image has been successfully used as a greetings card on more than one occasion.

  5. I think I may have a sort of cyber form of Tourettes Syndrome, Jacqueline. Be nice to me and make allowances, please. Mozart had the same thing (but he was a fuck sight more talented than I am!)
