Who am I?

That is the question that Cro is most asked, apparently. And why the gum-boots and axes????? Don't ask me, but click on his name to go to his great blog, and see what else he gets up to in his rural idyl in southern France.

  1. This is another short-lived post - I'll do some serious typing later, promise! (yawn)

  2. Can you not dictate to your assistant as the rest of us do? Typing is so tiring.

  3. I AM the assistant, Mise. I have a friend who has Parkinson's disease, and he recently bought some voice recognition software.

Before he got used to it, I would receive messages a bit like this:

"Ton - I had been crying frying trying to emill enail email you, but I a cannit - OH FUCK IT - I'LL PHONE YOU!"

  6. WHERE THE HELL DID YOU GET THAT PICTURE FROM? I hadn't even posted it yet. Anyway, now that you have found a way of hacking into my stock of 'draft postings', I suppose I'll have to come clean. Confused? All explained at...

  7. Don't worry Cro, I can't hack into your system. It just appeared on my 'dashboard', so I guess you must have posted it, then deleted almost immediately, but not quick enough for me not to be alerted to it! Honest! I am going to remove it soon, but couldn't resist this post.

  8. Yes I think I did just that, but it must only have been for seconds. I was 'saving it for later'. The 'hacking' comment was just flippancy.

  9. Thank you, Atom. I wish you would work hard too, and post something up on your blog for us to read, because when I look at it, there are no posts.

  10. I presume you are a fluent Chinese/Japanese (?) speaker Tom. Is this 'Atom' the guy who left a comment before? Conceptual blog maybe?

  11. Silly me, I forgot to put his name through the translator, so I thought that: (Atom) was the only English translation on his blog! If he gets back, I will tell you what his real name is, but - since the Chinese authorities vet most of the output - I'm not holding my breath. Here is a translation of his message -

"Worked hard! I wish you getting better and better!"

I was touched by his kind thoughts, and hope he returns.
