General Manager

Hello and thank you for a great day and evening.

Yes, we very much enjoyed our stay with you - everything was very comfortable, and we thought it very good value for the money. We loved our little suite.

The food was excellent, and that included the breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, so our brief stay with you is something we would like to repeat.

Just one negative, and that was the piped-music in the restaurant and bar. Although set to a low volume and covered of middle of the road music, it grated badly on our ears. To us, silence would have been better, but that is, I suppose, maybe a matter of taste, and you cannot please everyone, no matter how hard you try to be neutral.

We hope to stay with you again.

Best wishes,

Thomas and Hermione Shithead..

    3. Not in this place. It's not quite nouvelle cuisine, but there are some complaints on Trip Advisor about the sizes of portions from a handful of fat bastards.

  5. You had said that you were the youngest ones there. The other guests may not even have heard the music - being old and ever so slightly hard of hearing.

  6. I wish Hermione would visit and write to my local supermarket, their choice of 'music' is diabolical.

    1. I don't think British supermarkets ever have music, now I think of it. That's the trouble with muzac - it is chosen so as not to offend anyone, so ends up offending everyone.
