This pussy photo is only here so that I don't have to post my name and address right at the top.
This photo has now been removed. Sorry.
Jack@, you are a true artist - or at the very least, a true calligrapher. The book is just perfect too, thank you so much.
As for the rest of you, if I see any strangers hanging around outside my place, I'm calling the police. That includes my estranged brother, if he's still lurking and reading this stuff.
At least I know that a computer will not be able to decipher it.
MERRY CHRISTMAS to you and yours Tom ..... You asked someone to give you the book for Christmas, I saw it, I sent it !!!!! You can probably tell that I forgot your postcode so it's a bit squashed in .... I couldn't be bothered to do it all again !!
ReplyDeleteDon't think that you'll get many comments on this post but thanks for the thanks !! XXXX
Oh God ..... when you click on the photograph, the writing looks bloody awful ..... I'm embarrassed now !!!!! ..... I need a thicker pen !! XXXX
DeleteWow Jackie so beautiful - where did you learn to write like that?
DeleteWow, Jackie, that is amazing - very Elizabethan looking and very beautiful. I would keep that kind of packaging in my little keepsake drawer.
DeleteAnd now to you, Mr.(ahem) Stephenson. Might you be expecting more presents, now that your address is displayed here? As Camilla once said to Prince Charles: "You are a clever old thing." ;)
Well, I don't deserve the praise but thanks .... I have always written like that from my schooldays .... everyone tried to have more flowery writing than the next person. I have to do everyone's wedding invitations, place settings etc. I do cross my fingers and hope that any letters or parcels that have my writing on, get there !!!! Glad Tom's reached his home OK. XXXX
DeleteIt is lovely writing Jackie, in fact just the way I would have expected you to write from your lovely website, with or without the bloody snow flakes.
ReplyDeleteSo this is the wrapping paper, nothing hilarious so far S. Are you going to tell us about the book? I am off to the carol service tonight so won't be in Bath, nothing to fear.
You have to see the book.
DeleteAmazing. But then the cat is, too.
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful to receive such a beautifully addressed gift. ps I am driving to Bath in the morning but will have to scoot past your place quickly in case I'm mistaken for a stalker...
ReplyDeleteTo those of you who caught Jack@'s calligraphy, good. To those who didn't, tough!
ReplyDeleteHaha ..... Chicken !!!! XXXX
DeleteI have been wierdoed by Facebook tonight.
DeleteDamn. I missed it.
ReplyDeleteYou didn't miss much Shawn !! XXXX
DeleteNo prezzy for you this year.
ReplyDeleteThat's become a tradition for us.
DeleteSo lovely to share a tradition with you
DeleteNo picture so can't comment, other than to say that Jacqueline is bound to add beauty to everything she touches.
ReplyDeleteOh Cro ...... what a lovely thing to say. { although, I don't think that I'm worthy of such a kind comment !! } XXXX
DeleteOh yes you are (best panto voice).
