Easy Start

Talk to me faster, louder,
and take that cigarette out of your damned mouth,
when you speak to me.

Give me a light, Mac,
if you have one in your raincoat pocket,
where the dry-cleaning is wet
and noisy, since when I kiss,
it will sound like the last dregs
of a milkshake, sucked through a straw.

You have been a complete tosser.
You would have made a great man,
but I am not easily fooled -
subtle but effective, eh?!

Do not toss me (ooh-er missus),

It is more palatable to give
than to receive,
but who are we kidding here?
Make me rich; forget strange, tribal,
and Viking funerals.

Apologies to both Willow and RDS. I haven't got the energy to read it out loud, but I do have the fags.

    1. and diction classes wouldn't be a bad idea either, and don't drink quite so much, and get yourself a bloody comb.

    2. All of the above could well apply to me. I love RADS's readings. They make me laugh. They are rather distracting though, I grant you.

  3. I like your kiss description, made me laugh out loud with Peter in the same room. A mild slip up of mine when reading blogs.
