I was trying to download a link to the very amusing pic from the "I fucking love science" Facebook page in response to your post. Try Googling it. Very funny if you know the Star Wars films.
I have visited Jackieharding…..very nice work. I especially like the little girl with the beautiful kitten and " Istanbul. It has all my favourite colours.
Love the intensity of colour in the Istanbul ones. Also I admire the quality of her drawing and portraiture. Dare I point out (sorry if you would rather I didn't) that on the first page practising is spelt wrongly - it should have an s not a c.

ReplyDeleteYes - I don't think I would look so relaxed with a skunk right at my feet.
DeleteHer heart has always been in it!
ReplyDeleteShe hasn't stopped for about 70 years.
DeleteP.S. She has been a colourist all that time as well. Just look at the vibrancy of those colours!
DeleteI am amazed a nine year old had so many colors in her pencil box. It takes determination as well as imagination to put so many in play.
DeleteYes. she had both.
DeleteThat is a superb painting by a person of any age, never mind 9 ! I would love to see some of her later work.
ReplyDeleteEasy - go to www.jackieharding.com

That's my fault then Weave - I did the design. The grandson is going to tart it all up soon so I will alert him to it. He's the one holding a cat.
